The week before
Before anyone arrives, we go through the whole site the way an attendee would. You see the results and approve them.
Step 1
Our check of every page
We open every page, email and form on phones and in the common browsers. We look for wrong dates, broken links and anything that sits badly on a small screen.
We do this. You don't need to be there
Step 2
Screenshots for your sign-off
We send screenshots of the start page, the registration form, the page people land on and the confirmation email. You approve them or tell us what to change.
You do this. Reply with your approval
Step 3
Who to contact on the day
We agree on one contact for event day and how to reach them, and you give us the person on your side who can approve changes. Write both down and share them with your team.
We do this together. Your Customer Success contact is your first stop. For anything else, email [email protected]
Event day run of show
Jumbo does the switching. You tell us when you're ready, and we move the site from one stage to the next. Hover over a number to see what happens at that moment.
Who does what on the day
Jumbo does

If something isn't working. Tell us right away and we sort it out together.
Watching the numbers live
If you'd like to see the room fill, open Stats in the Backstage and choose the Live tab. Pick a channel from the list to see these three numbers for it. You don't need to watch them for the day to go well.
How many people are watching at this moment.
The most people watching at the same time.
Different people who have watched, counted once each. Shown for the selected channel and across all channels.
Helping attendees
Most questions on event day are the same few. Each card below is a reply your staff can copy and send as it is. Tap or click inside a reply to select all of it. Change anything in [brackets] to fit your site.
Help options we can add to your site
Attendees who can find help quickly send your team fewer messages. We can add any of these, and we set each one up with you before the event.
A phone number or email at the top of every page, so anyone who gets stuck sees it straight away.
A Help button that opens a pop-up page with quick tips on joining, watching and sound. Most questions are about the basics, so it answers many before they reach you.
A button that opens a new email to your support address. Good when you have a person or team ready to answer.
Right after
The event is over, but attendees keep arriving for a while. Before event day, we agree with you on what happens after the last session.
The recordings appear on the site as on-demand videos, so people who missed a session can watch it. Tell us which sessions to post and when.
Sent to everyone who registered, with a link to the replays. Send us the wording or ask us to draft it.
A summary of registrations and attendance for your team. We share it after the event and talk through it if you'd like.
