Before launch
What do we need to send you to get started?
Your registration questions in order, your brand files and the schedule for your sessions. A spreadsheet or document is fine, and we ask about anything that's missing.
Which brand files do you need?
Your logo as vector artwork, plus your brand colors. A brand guidelines PDF covers most of the rest, and we size everything for the platform.
Can we preview the content before it goes live?
Yes. We build on your site and send screenshots of the key pages and emails for your sign-off. Nothing goes live until you approve.
What happens to test registrations before launch?
Ask us and we clear them before registration opens. If you'd like a record, ask for the export first.
Can we launch something at a set time, like 5pm Eastern?
Yes. Tell us the time and we schedule it. The same goes for an email you want sent at a certain moment.
Can we add a page or section, such as sponsors or speakers?
Yes. Send us the content and logos, and tell us the sponsor tiers and the order you want. We build it and send a screenshot for your sign-off.
Can a top menu label be shorter than the section title?
Yes. Each section can have its own short menu label. A header block can also group several sections under one menu item.
Registration and the form
Can registration close on a date or change phase?
Yes. Registration can close on a date or switch to an access code, and we set up access codes in several ways. Send us the dates and what should change.
Where can we update the wording on the registration page?
Send us the new wording and we update it for you. Start pages use custom styles, so we make the change on our side.
Can we add a support email or phone number to the registration page?
Yes. A help contact can sit in the header of every page. Send us the address or number.
Can we limit the seats in a session?
Yes. Any choice on the form can have its own limit, and the form counts seats as people register. You tell us the numbers and we set them up.
What happens when a session is full, and does a waitlist register people?
The session closes on its own and stays visible, greyed out. A waitlist link is optional, and it only collects names. When a seat opens, you invite people from the list and they register themselves.
Someone wants a different session or needs to cancel. What do we do?
If your event has no seat limits or custom fields, your team can delete the registration in the Viewers list. Otherwise, or for a session change, email us the person's name and the change. We update the record, and the seat they leave goes back to the form straight away.
Your team and the Backstage
Where can we see who has registered?
In the Backstage, open Viewers, then Registered, for people and their answers. Open Stats, then Registrations, for totals over a date range.
How do we get a spreadsheet of registrations?
Filter the Viewers list to the people you need, then choose Export. You get exactly the rows and columns on screen. Stats also has a Download CSV button.
Can you add me or a colleague to the notification list?
Yes. Tell us the addresses and we add them, so each new registration reaches the right people.
Can different groups see different pages?
Yes. A segment is a group that fills itself from what we know about each person. It can limit a page, show or hide a section, set where people land and aim an email.
An attendee can't get in. What can we do?
First, copy their sign-in link from the Viewers list and send it only to them. Next, have them check their email for the sign-in link. If neither works, forward their name and email to [email protected] and we reach out to them.
Emails and texts
Can the confirmation email include details like the session someone chose?
Yes. Emails can show each person's own registration details, such as their sessions or a location. It goes out right after they register.
How does an email get sent to attendees?
You send us the wording, the group and the timing. We build it in your brand, send you a test, and send it now or at the time you chose once you approve.
Can we send a text message?
Yes. You send us the wording and times, and we schedule and send it after you approve. Texts reach only people who gave a phone number, and people who reply STOP are left off.
Event day
Who switches the site to live?
We do. You tell us you're ready, and we move the page from upcoming to Live. Each attendee's page refreshes on its own.
What if something isn't working on event day?
Tell us right away and we sort it out together. Your Customer Success contact is your first stop. For anything else, email [email protected].
After the event
Can we get a report of registrations and attendance?
Yes. We can send a report with registrations, attendance and engagement on one page you can share. You can also pull your own numbers from Stats at any time.
What happens to our data after the event?
Ask us for a final export, and ask us to clear registrations when you're done. Keep downloaded files in a shared folder with limited access and delete old copies once a list has done its job.
